He came to Canada as an international student and completed his master’s degree from McGill University, Montreal. During his journey in Canada and have lived in 4 provinces, he realized that genuine and affordable immigration advice is rare. He finally decided to take up immigration consultant as a profession to serve the people and fulfill their immigration dreams. According to s91(2) of the immigration and refugee protection act (IRPA) only following people can represents you for immigration matters
(a) a lawyer who is a member in good standing of a law society of a province or a notary who is a member in good standing of the chambre des Notaires Du Québec.
(b) any other member in good standing of a law society of a province or the chambre des notaires du Québec, including a paralegal.
(c) a member in good standing of a body designated i.e. CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship consultants)
